About Audiology Marketing Company.

A search marketing practice operated and based in Austin, Texas, working only with independently owned audiology practices and hearing aid clinics, anywhere in the United States.

Who we are

Audiology Marketing Company is operated and based in Austin, Texas. Our background is agency search work, including search and advertising accounts for 39 small businesses at a UK digital marketing agency, most of them owner-run and competing with bigger names in their own towns. We do the ranking checks, write the pages and reports, and answer the email at [email protected]. There is no sales layer between you and the people doing the work.

Hearing care is new for us; we have no hearing clinic clients yet. We are not audiologists. Clinical sentences come from published sources and from your provider, and the provider has the last word on every one.

How we think about this field

  1. Know which pages above you belong to manufacturers. In our October snapshot of 14 towns, one search each, manufacturers' chains, brand networks and store locators held 48 of the 122 page-one web results for "hearing aids [town]", and a warehouse club held another 8.
  2. Spend the effort on the searches chain pages don't cover. Hearing tests, repairs, real-ear measurement, tinnitus, earwax and the audiologist's own name. A clinic will not outrank a manufacturer for the manufacturer's own brand.
  3. Write pricing pages with the provider and your state's rules open. Texas, Florida and California each regulate how a hearing aid price or discount may be advertised, down to the usual price and the license number.
  4. Leave out outcome claims. No "restores hearing", no "invisible", no "best". Florida's required receipt disclaimer says a hearing aid will not restore normal hearing, and the FTC expects health claims to be backed by evidence.
  5. Treat review replies as a privacy matter. A reply thanks the reviewer and confirms nothing about their care; HHS has settled at least twice over replies that disclosed patient information. Google's rules on incentives and selective asking are stricter than the FTC's, so follow Google's.
  6. Keep directory listings accurate; spend the money on your own pages. In that snapshot, review and directory sites held 12 of the 122 results; clinics' own sites held 41.

How we work with clinics

By email and video call, from Austin, checking your town's searches from your area. One flat monthly fee, quoted in writing after the free check. Search only: no ads, no social media, no patient data. Independently owned clinics only, and never two competing practices in one town. The how we work page has the whole method and the questions page has the rest.
